This document sets out the general terms of use (the 'Terms') for using the Investhelm platform. It governs rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or making transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding for both parties.
By registering, logging in, using offered features or otherwise engaging with Investhelm, you expressly and fully accept these Terms of Use. Use of Investhelm is permitted only for adults of legal capacity aged 18 or older. Minors or persons lacking legal capacity must not use the platform. If we suspect a breach of this age requirement we reserve the right to block accounts, restrict access or delete them.
Platform operation may be temporarily affected by technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages — for example due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, fee models or the range of available markets (stocks, cryptocurrencies etc.) may be expanded, modified, limited or discontinued at any time without entitlement to claims against Investhelm.
All platform content — including texts, graphics, designs, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-driven analyses — is protected by copyright, trademark or other rights and is owned by Investhelm or licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public sharing or commercial use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
As a user you are solely responsible for ensuring all information you provide (e.g. identity data, contact details, payment information) is accurate, complete and up to date. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withheld withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR requirements. We maintain high standards of data security and transparency.
All investment and trading decisions you make through Investhelm — whether manual or via AI automations — are entirely your responsibility and at your own risk. Investhelm provides technical infrastructure but does not offer personalized investment advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be highly volatile and carry the risk of total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.
We may update or supplement these Terms at any time — for example due to legal changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you of adjustments in good time (usually at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform notices or via our website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you are free to close your account.
Security and transparency are core to our approach. We use modern encryption, conduct regular security audits, hold customer funds in segregated accounts and enforce strict compliance processes (KYC/AML) to provide maximum protection.
